Every grape in Clos Marey-Monge is hand-picked by our vineyard team. Every year we venture into the vines, on a specific day chosen by our winemaker, to start snipping and sorting. It’s thirsty work, but it’s the only way to truly respect the fruits of the vineyard’s labor and express each terroir as nature intended.

Hidden 30ft underground, among a maze of dark pathways lined by bottles of vintages past, the wine of each of our seven separate terroir slowly, very slowly, begins its transformation into something beautiful.
